Refund Policy

We want you to love what you purchase therefore we have a  14-day policy for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-returnable items / Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such sale items (all price reductions), custom products, gift cards, food & drink product  and personal care goods.
 

Shipped orders
Our return policy offers a 14 day eligibility for store credit or exchange. For orders that are shipped, this is calculated by referencing the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier, and refers to the number of days past the delivery date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/credit was approved or not. If approved, we'll process a store credit  or exchange within 10 business days. 
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cindy@globallyfair.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
